Reenactor Fest is thrilled to be adding another convention date to our calendar in the historic Philadelphia area!
Yes, this is an ADDITIONAL date, not a replacement date for the annual Chicago show in February.

We made a lot of friends when Reenactor Fest visited Gettysburg back in 2007 and since then, the demand
for another East Coast date has been loud and clear! We studied it verycarefully and found that the Philadelphia
area would be better suited to our show. It's more central, and much easier to get to than Gettysburg, and it still
offers numerous historical side trips (downtown Philly, Valley Forge, etc.) so we are very excited about the move.
Don't forget the British Pub in the hotel... Elephant & Castle!

Reenactor Fest is open to the public, and has stuff for all ages to see and do. Kids 12 and under get in free!

Adult Admission AT THE DOOR is only:
$20 for one day
$25 for two days
$30 for all three days

Advanced Discounted Tickets will be available on reenactorfest.com for a limited time, so take advantage of the savings
and buy your tickets early!

Hours: Friday 2:00pm - 7:00pm / Sat. 9:00am - 6:00pm / Sun. 9:00am - 2:00pm

Discounted room rates of $109 per night (plus taxes) are available for Reenactor Fest attendees at the Clarion. You must mention Reenactor Fest when you book your room to get the discounted rate!

The Schedule of Events and Vendor List will be posted under
the main menu links of reenactorfest.com once they are finalized.
There are different seminars each hour on various topics pertaining to history and reenacting. There is a live stage as
well where you will find musicians and performers rotaing all day long. As always, we are looking for
talented performers, speakers and units to do demonstrations of drill and other instruction. Speakers and
demonstrating units get in free the day of their performance, so contact us right away if you have the talent!

The Ball is Saturday Night at 8:00. This party is for paid Convention attendees only.
There will be a cash bar - please drink responsibly!

DEALERS / SUTLERS should email us at reenactorfest@aol.com right away if you wish to have a table. Space is very limited this year
and many tables are already pre-sold to prior Reenactor Fest sutlers.
